Press-in shelf
The press-in shelf is mainly composed of column, beam, track and carrying car. The track is inclined and fixed on the shelf beam at a certain angle, and the carrying car runs along the track. The pallet goods are pushed in from the front, and the pallet items are placed on the sliding seat. Later, the original pallets will be pushed to the rear. Currently, up to six pallets can be pushed in. The sliding seat is straddled on the sliding rail, and the sliding rail itself has an inclined angle, and the sliding seat will automatically slide to the front entrance. The overall structure adopts the principle of "clip". The pallets are placed on the carrying trolley and pushed into the inside of the shelf in turn. The access mode is the same as that of the through shelf, but the forklift does not need to enter the inside of the shelf. Since the pallet can be designed as multiple pallet positions in the depth direction of the shelf, the space utilization rate of the push-back shelf is higher than that of the ordinary shelf. Safety and operating efficiency are much higher than through-type shelves, widely used in cold storage, books, electronics and other industries.
Press-in shelves are also evolved from tray shelves, also called push-back shelves or push-in shelves. Using the principle of combining track and pallet trolley, the track is a certain slope (about 3 degrees), the use of the weight of the goods, pallet goods are specified in single-ended storage, goods advanced after out, suitable for large quantities of small varieties of goods storage, space utilization rate is very high, access is also more flexible and convenient. The total depth of the shelf should not be too deep, generally within the depth of 6 pallets, otherwise the space will be sacrificed due to the mutual embedding of the pallet trolley. The weight of single-pallet goods is generally within 1500kg, and the shelf height is generally below 6m.
