The combined structure of drawer-type mold shelf is mainly composed of a plurality of components: upright column, drawer laminate, guide groove, pull rod and positioning. The top can be equipped with a mobile crown block for mold lifting; drawer bearing combination, upper and lower molds, drawer board can be pulled out, simple operation, convenient mold lifting. Column punching design, in the process of work, if you need to adjust the height, can be adjusted by 50mm up and down to meet the needs of different sizes of mold storage. The drawer type shelf adopts the assembly structure as a whole, which is convenient for transportation, simple and fast for assembly.
Drawer type mold shelf features:
1. Combined assembly, mainly composed of column pieces, guide grooves, drawer layers, tie rods, positioning pins, etc., using bolt connections, stable structure, safe and reliable, and generally used in rows.
2. The drawer tray is mainly composed of slide rail and drawer tray. The drawer tray is composed of a frame and steel plate welded by rectangular tubes and bending parts. Each slide rail is fixed up and down by two bearings, which can roll freely in the guide groove with low resistance and can be easily pulled out of the drawer.
3. For safety reasons, the drawer tray of the mold shelf is designed with positioning pins and limit pins to ensure the safety of the drawer tray when it is pulled out.
4, light mold shelf layer load in 200~800kg/layer. Heavy-duty drawer-type shelves are loaded at: 800~1500kg/layer.
