Hydraulic lifting platform
The lifting platform lifting system is driven by hydraulic pressure, so it is called hydraulic lifting platform. Hydraulic lifting platform can be divided into: fixed hydraulic lifting platform, scissor hydraulic lifting platform, mobile hydraulic lifting platform, aluminum alloy hydraulic lifting platform, and boarding bridge hydraulic lifting platform and other platforms. The lifting height ranges from 1 m to 30 m, and the lifting platform with special specifications can be customized according to user requirements.

working principle of hydraulic lifting platform:
The hydraulic oil forms a certain pressure by the vane pump, and enters the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder through the oil filter, throttle valve, hydraulic control one-way valve, and balance valve, so that the piston of the hydraulic cylinder moves upward and lifts heavy objects. The upper end of the hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the explosion-proof electromagnetic reversing valve. The rated pressure is adjusted by the overflow valve, and the reading value of the pressure gauge is observed through the pressure gauge.
The piston of the liquid cylinder moves downward (both the weight drops). The hydraulic oil enters the upper end of the hydraulic cylinder through the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve, and the lower end of the shelf hydraulic cylinder returns to the oil tank through the balance valve, the hydraulic control one-way valve, the throttle valve and the explosion-proof electromagnetic directional valve. In order to make the weight drop smoothly and brake safely and reliably, a balance valve is set on the oil return path to balance the circuit and maintain the pressure so that the falling speed is not changed by the weight. The throttle valve adjusts the flow and controls the lifting speed. In order to make the brake safe and reliable, to prevent accidents, increase the hydraulic control check valve, that is, hydraulic lock, to ensure that the hydraulic pipeline can be safely self-locking when the accident burst. An overload alarm is installed to distinguish between overload and equipment failure.
The electrical control system controls the rotation of the motor through the explosion-proof button SB1-SB6, and the reversing of the flameproof electromagnetic reversing valve to keep the load rising or falling, and adjusts the time delay through the "LOGO" program to avoid frequent starting of the motor and affecting the service life.
