Work table
The work table is mainly composed of table, column, drawer, hanging board, etc. The desktop of the work table is also called the table top. The thickness of the table top is 30mm and 50mm, and the commonly used standard thickness of the table top is 50mm. The table top is mainly made of beech board, cold rolled steel plate and stainless steel table top, usually cold rolled stainless steel table top, which is clean and tidy, beautiful and durable. Wear-resistant composite board can also be installed.
Common desktop sizes are: 1200 mmX750mm, 1500 mmX750mm, 1800 mmX750mm and 2100 mmX750mm; Width: 750mm\800mm\1000mm The common standard width is 750mm.
The work table adopts a combination design, which is easy to disassemble and assemble. It is often equipped with drawers at the lower part of the work table. A drawer, two drawers, three drawers, four drawers, five drawers, six drawers, hanging cabinets and floor cabinets can be installed according to customer needs. Single pumping average load: 50-100KG, whole table average load: 1000KG.
The upper part of the work table is often equipped with square hole hanging plates, also known as tool hanging plates and louver hanging plates, also known as material box hanging plates, and can also be equipped with shed plates, lamp holders and lampshades (ordinary lampshades and three-proof lampshades).
The desktop of the work table is usually cold-rolled steel plate. As the cold-rolled steel plate is treated by several procedures such as pickling and phosphating, electrostatic spraying and high temperature baking, it has strong oxidation resistance, rust resistance and wear resistance. Sometimes a junction box is often installed on the desktop, and the junction box is equipped with sockets, switches, leakage protectors, terminals and other test instruments.
