Cantilever shelf
Cantilever shelf is composed of column, column beam and cantilever. The column adopts automatic pre-filled hole rolling type double-split C- type special section steel as the column, 200 and 140 I-beams as the bottom beam, and the column beam adopts special trapezoidal plate and is connected by high-strength bolts. Cantilever beam is double inner folded edge C type butt welding. The cantilever beam and the column are connected by galvanized pin plate. The column groups are connected with connectors. (H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel is used for the column, and square tube, cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel is used for the cantilever. Plug-in type or bolt connection is used between the cantilever and the column, and bolt connection is used between the base and the column.) The single arm can bear more than 1000kg, and the specially reinforced column structure can bear the pressure of 2000~3000kg. Combined structure, special profile column, design back tension to increase stability, with high-strength cantilever (arm can be single-sided or double-sided), with light structure, good load capacity, high space utilization rate.
