Mobile compact cabinet
Our company's mobile compact cabinet is carefully designed and produced according to the national standard of DA/T7-92 archive compact cabinet of the national archives administration. there are many styles such as JIUWEI-A type and JIUWEI-B type. each style can choose different appearance requirements such as opposite door, open door, sliding door, etc. The products are widely used in the storage of books, documents, archives and articles in the libraries, archives and reference rooms of enterprises and institutions. The contact surface between the shelf bodies is equipped with buffer and magnetic sealing strips, with dust-proof plates at the top, optional spotlights, and rodent-proof devices at the bottom. The unlisted frame body is provided with safety limit and anti-dumping devices. The side frame is equipped with a lock for integral locking. The transmission mechanism uses precision bearings through finishing processing, the transmission is flexible and stable, and the increasing distance of the laminate can be adjusted freely as required.
Mobile intensive cabinet features:
1. Section type, frame width, number of layers and number of columns can be selected according to user requirements
2. The left and right side frames are generally double-layer mobile frames or door panels, and the door panels are steel and glass.
3. There are three types of track groups: ground type, inclined plate ground type and buried type. The horizontal deviation of the reserved groove surface of the embedded track group shall not be more than 3 mm/m, and the total length shall not be more than 10mm.
4. The transmission mechanism adopts precision roller chain and self-aligning bearing, which is flexible and stable in transmission and light in shaking force. Handlebar folding type, can avoid traffic barriers.
5. Each rack is equipped with braking device. The side frame is equipped with a lock device for locking the whole frame.
6. The chassis group is integral or segmented, with high machining accuracy, docking interchangeability, wide section range, and is used for transportation and installation.
7. The rack plate and hanging plate with buckle hook shall be adopted, and the assembly shall be smooth and firm.
8. Each shelf (25mm thick) has a standard maximum uniform load-bearing capacity of 60kg on one side and 80kg on both sides. If it needs to be increased, it can be specially designed and the load-bearing requirements shall be indicated in the contract.
