Transmission system

The transmission system can continuously transport materials along a fixed route, and the loading/unloading of its working mechanism is carried out during operation, so the conveyor starts and brakes are less. At the same time, the conveyed bulk material is evenly distributed on the bearing member, and the conveyed pieces of material are also conveyed in a continuous manner in a certain order.

Advantages of the transmission system:
①, with higher productivity.
2. Under the same productivity, it has light weight, small size, low cost and low driving power.
The mechanical parts of the transmission mechanism have low load and small impact.
④, compact structure, easy manufacturing and maintenance.
⑤, conveying material route fixed, single action, easy to achieve automatic control.
The load is uniform during the working process, and the power consumed is almost unchanged.

Disadvantages of the transmission system:
①. Materials can only be transported according to a fixed route. Each type of machine is only suitable for certain types of materials. Generally, it can only transport objects with small quality, with poor versatility.
2. Most conveying machines cannot take materials by themselves, so corresponding loading/unloading machines must be configured.
Its construction principle is shown in the figure:
