In order to strengthen the company's team building work, enhance team cohesion and centripetal force, and show a good corporate image to the outside world, Jiuwei Technology organized a full-staff field hiking expansion activity on July 13, 2019.
Xiangtun Village, the location of this expansion activity, is located in Yanqing District of Beijing, about 80 kilometers away from the company. It is the original valley style adjacent to the Huanghua City Water Great Wall. The vegetation in the back mountain of Xiangtun Village is well preserved. The strange peaks on both sides of the valley are marked. The complex geographical environment makes everyone feel the beauty of nature while also experiencing the palpitations of hiking adventure.
The goal of this expansion is to hike 15 kilometers of rugged mountain roads and waterways across the Great Water Wall. At 9: 00 a.m. on the 13th, all the staff were ready to go, and the high enthusiasm kicked off the expansion activity.
The clear sky accompanied by a breeze made the hiking atmosphere even more pleasant. In the process, some of the mountain roads are rugged and steep, and sometimes only one person can walk through them. In the process of wading, the stones in the shoal were slippery and difficult to walk. Everyone helped each other and helped each other fully demonstrated the spirit of friendship and mutual assistance of the company's employees. After a 15-kilometer journey, we finally returned to our starting point.
Along the way, everyone encouraged each other and chased each other. Many employees were sweating during the hike, but no one complained or was tired, especially the female employees overcame various difficulties and completed the task well.
The employees who participated in the all-staff field hiking activities were enthusiastic and worked together, fully demonstrating the spirit of the Jiuwei team's unity and hard work. Especially in the process of hiking, the company leaders are not afraid of all kinds of difficulties, insist on completing the whole process, fully reflect the leadership qualification of strong willpower, and play a good role model effect. This spirit of paying no less than anyone's efforts deeply motivates every employee.
Through this all-staff field hiking expansion activity, all employees of Jiuwei Technology have enhanced mutual understanding and trust, and at the same time strengthened team cohesion, established the team members' thinking of sharing adversity, and demonstrated the unity and mutual assistance of all employees in the face of difficulties.
