1. to determine the type of goods to be stored
When planning warehouse shelves, it is necessary to determine what goods are stored first. Planning storage shelves needs to determine the load of each layer according to the weight of the storage shelves, and reasonably design the load capacity of the shelves.

The planning of storage shelves takes into account the net height of the warehouse, that is, the distance from the lowest obstacle (lighting system, etc.) at the top of the warehouse to the ground of the warehouse, rather than the maximum height of the warehouse. This factor will affect whether the forklift can operate normally. At the same time, the height of the goods and pallets will also be taken into account, which directly affects the safety of goods storage and the setting of the size of the cargo space.

Scientific planning and overall design shall be carried out according to the number, scale, geographical location, warehouse facilities, roads and other elements of the warehouse, and factors such as the maximum load/ton per square meter of the warehouse floor and whether there are pipelines under the warehouse shall be considered. If there are pipelines, they shall be reasonably avoided.
7. forklift lift lifting height
It is necessary to understand the lifting height of the forklift used in the customer warehouse to plan and design the shelf height. The height of the storage shelf and the lifting height of the forklift affect and restrict each other!
